What kinds of properties do you manage?
Apartments, maisonettes, villas and detached homes, as well as guesthouses and boutique hotels. If you have rooms to let, we can manage those too.
How much does it cost?
Our Basic package is a 15% commission on revenue, with no hidden fees. A custom 'upon request' tier adds concierge, on-site support and marketing. You only pay when your property earns.
Do you handle the AADE registry and taxes?
Yes. Every booking is registered automatically with the AADE short-term-rental registry and the required documents are issued in real time — the compliance is handled for you.
Which platforms will my property be listed on?
Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, Expedia and other channels, all kept in sync from one place to avoid double bookings.
How quickly can my property go live?
Once we agree on terms, we typically photograph, prepare and publish your property within about 15 days.
Can I still use the property myself?
Of course. It stays your property — you can block dates for personal use whenever you like through your owner dashboard.
